To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to make a reservation with us before arrival.

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation.

Book with confidence: No deposit or pre-payment is needed to make a reservation now! You will be required to settle your account at arrival.

Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our computerised reservation system. We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation. Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and we apply the following cancellation policy:

A minimum of 48-hours notice prior to arrival is required for the cancellation or amendment of a reservation.

The cancellation / amendment of a reservation advised within 48 hours of arrival, during a stay or in the event of a No Show may result in a Cancellation Fee charged equivalent to one night’s tariff.

If you cancel a reservation we will issue you with a unique cancellation number as proof of receiving your cancellation notice.

Once you have made travel reservations, we recommend that you consider travel insurance

Minimum Stay

We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to minimum stay periods.

Check-in

Check-in time is between 1pm - 9pm. Please contact the motel direct if you wish to arrive outside of these times.

Smoke Free

All of our rooms are designated "Smoke Free". If you smoke in your unit, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Pets

Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.

Damage

Damage to motel property will be charged at replacement cost.
