Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our computerised reservation system. We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation. Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and we apply the following cancellation policy:

A minimum of 48-hours notice from arrival is required for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation. 

A cancellation or amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside the above time frame or a 'No Show' may result in a 'Cancellation Fee’ charged equivalent to one night’s tariff. 

Minimum Stay

We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to minimum stay periods from time to time.

Check-in

Check-in time is between 1pm - 9pm. Please contact the motel direct if you wish to check-in outside of these times.

Smoke Free

All of our rooms are designated "Smoke Free". If you smoke in your unit, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Pets

Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.

Damage

Damage to motel property will be charged at replacement cost.
